Fall 2007:

Volunteering to be a bus host for a ULI mobile workshop during the ULI National Conference.

As of this moment there are 3 to choose from – 1st come, 1st serve. (if you want to do two – please let me know…)

Your role will be to ride on the bus, help gather and regroup everybody to get on & off busses, distribute beverages and box lunches (if applicable)… and help make sure the driver stays on the route. You won’t need to provide any scripted information about the subject matter. However, you are welcome to answer questions if asked and provide general real estate information about the area in “dead” spots etc…

1. Master Planned Communities-West – tour of Centennial Hills and Summerlin. (lunch served @ Red Rock Resort)

9am – 2pm, Tuesday, 10/23

1. Specialty & Luxury Retail – LV Premium Outlets and Forum Shops

12:30 – 4:00pm Tuesday, 10/23

1. Hi-Rise Condo – tour of condo-projects

8:30am – 12:30pm, Tuesday 10/23

Once I have your preferences – I’ll forward the instructions for signing up for the complimentary pass to the Trends Day on Wednesday Oct. 24 only.
I’ll let you know where to go and what time at the Venetian to board the busses at least 2 weeks before.
