The executive committee consists of the president, vice-president, secretary, and historian/journalists. Officers are elected at regular meetings for one year terms. Nominations for councillors and the vice-president may be made before May 1st each year. The vice-president automatically succeeds to the office of president at the end of their term. Nominations for officers can be made by any member of the Society in good standing.
