Description:	SeaView a private equity firm seeks a highly motivated individual to work with the fund principals with researching and reviewing potential deals, conducting due diligence, closing and monitoring deals and other activities related to operating a private equity fund. This internship will build entry-level experience to continue in the field. Stipend will be available for the intern. Hours will be flexible, about 10 per week, over 2 days.
